1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, handling or using LivestockIQ supplements, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all LivestockIQ products supplied through rural merchandise stores and authorised distributors throughout Australia.

2. Use in accordance with directions

LivestockIQ supplements must be used strictly in accordance with:

  • the directions and dose rates printed on the product drum label;
  • instructions published on the LivestockIQ website; and
  • written directions provided by authorised LivestockIQ staff.

The recommended method of application is via the water trough using the ProDispenser. Products may also be applied onto feed or hay where stated on the label. Any other method of administration is considered off-label use.

3. No mixing with other products in trough

LivestockIQ supplements must not be mixed with any other products, additives or chemicals in the water trough.

Beachport Corporation Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or reduced performance arising from the mixing of LivestockIQ supplements with other products.

4. General information only

Information provided by resellers, distributors or third parties outside Beachport Corporation Pty Ltd is general in nature and does not constitute professional or technical advice unless confirmed in writing by an authorised LivestockIQ representative.

5. Limitation of liability

Beachport Corporation Pty Ltd does not warrant that LivestockIQ supplements will perform as intended where:

  • products are used outside the label directions or recommended dose rates;
  • application methods are inconsistent with stated instructions;
  • products are mixed with other substances in the trough;
  • storage conditions or shelf life (3 years from manufacture) are not observed.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, neither Beachport Corporation Pty Ltd nor its distributors are liable for any loss, injury, damage or economic loss arising from the use, dosage, handling or storage of LivestockIQ supplements that does not strictly conform to official directions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Livestock health & management

Results from LivestockIQ supplements may vary due to factors outside our control including animal health status, nutrition, pasture conditions, environment and management practices. The user accepts responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for their individual circumstances.

7. DoseIQ Calculator

The DoseIQ calculator available on the LivestockIQ website is provided as a guide only based on standard label recommendations. Users must verify calculations against the drum label and are responsible for ensuring correct dosing for their livestock and water system.

8. Indemnity

The user indemnifies Beachport Corporation Pty Ltd and its distributors against any claim, loss or damage arising from:

  • misuse of the product;
  • off-label application;
  • failure to follow directions; or
  • mixing with non-approved products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
