  • rural merchandise stores and distributors (e.g. Elders, Nutrien and independent resellers)

We do not sell Personal Information to third parties.

5. Direct marketing

We may contact you about LivestockIQ supplements, training, events and technical updates via email, phone or digital advertising. You may opt out at any time by: We will process opt-out requests promptly.

6. Trade credit information (reseller accounts only)

We offer trade credit solely to business customers and resellers. We do not obtain consumer credit reports and do not report defaults to credit bureaus. Information collected for trade accounts may include:

  • payment history with LivestockIQ
This information is used only to:
  • assess trade account applications
  • manage invoicing and collections

7. Overseas disclosure

Some service providers may process information outside Australia, including:
  • HubSpot – data processing may occur in the USA and EU
  • Google and Meta – global processing including the USA
  • QuickBooks Online – Australian data is generally stored in Australia with support services that may involve the USA
  • Webcentral – Australian hosting
We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas providers comply with Australian privacy standards.

8. Security & storage

We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including:
  • secure cloud platforms
  • restricted staff access
  • password protection and authentication
  • staff training
